With pea and egg shells, CalciMIX consists of purely natural components. The product thus serves both as a source of fiber and as a supplier of calcium. Highly available calcium supports the formation of a firm eggshell as well as skeletal development and joints. The optimized supply of raw fiber promotes intestinal health and the general well-being of the animals.

This low-protein combination of calcium and crude fiber is particularly useful during the moulting period. So that the animals can focus their energy on developing new feathers, it is advisable to temporarily (approx. 14 days) replace part of the high-energy laying meal with CalciMIX. In addition, the product helps the chickens to replenish their calcium stores. The feed ensures a high feed intake and can be given individually, mixed with laying meal or in soft feed.
