Traditional mash with extruded linseed

Omegalin Mash is based on the traditional composition of mash and has been further developed using new findings from modern horse feeding. The formula made from linseed and wheat bran has been used in horse feeding for centuries. It provides variety and is eaten by many horses.

Our grain-free mash has a number of positive properties. It stimulates both digestion and metabolism and is a true all-rounder. In addition, due to its nature, it can be administered on standing days, to horses with a loss of appetite, after serious illnesses or operations, but also during convalescence after stressful situations or when changing the coat. Through the open up of the flaxseed the availability of the nutrients and the digestibility improve and the high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids will be warranted. Due to the low starch content and the addition of brewer's yeast, digestion can be optimally supported. Another positive effect is the mucilage released by the swelling; these line the stomach wall and help to protect and regenerate the gastric mucosa. Because of this, the mucilage has a particularly beneficial effect on horses with gastric ulcers or sensitive stomachs.

Omegalin Mash is suitable for all horses.

What problems can Omegalin Mash help with?

Omegalin Mash can have a particularly positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract, which is why it is particularly recommended for problems with the digestive tract or after colic. It is also suitable for horses that suffer from dental problems. Due to its very good palatability, bad-tasting additives (e.g. medicines) can be administered more easily and it is therefore also eaten by picky horses. The flaxseed it contains can also support the natural shine of the coat.
