For which horses is diatomaceous earth suitable and what can it do?
It is suitable for horses that are shedding, with joint problems, but also for strengthening the coronet and for hair and skin problems such as eczema, skin rashes or hair loss. It can also have a regulating effect on the gastrointestinal tract and help to reduce diarrhea symptoms.
How much diatomaceous earth should I give my horse?
- 5-10 g per 100 kg body weight and day
